Our Mission
Fly Little Bird Foundation’s mission is to support and collaborate with the scientific and medical communities to identify and develop effective treatments and ultimately a cure for those adversely affected by variants of the TBL1XR1 gene. TBL1XR1 gene variants have been linked to intellectual and developmental disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, epilepsy, and defects of the brain, heart, and kidney. Through fundraising efforts, Fly Little Bird Foundation will provide grants to organizations conducting research on and developing therapeutic treatments for TBL1XR1 gene variants.
